Shipping

UK shipping is included in the price of every piece. Worldwide shipping (Europe, United States and elsewhere) is a flat £15, added at checkout.

Orders ship from the atelier within 2–4 working days. Tracked delivery — you will receive a note the moment your piece departs, with a link to follow it home.

• United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked 48 · included in the price · typical arrival 2–4 working days.
• Europe — Tracked international · flat £15 · typical arrival 5–10 working days.
• United States — Tracked international · flat £15 · typical arrival 7–14 working days.
• Rest of world — Tracked international · flat £15 · timing varies by carrier.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. Any local customs charges outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with the destination country's regulations.

Returns

Every piece leaves the atelier having been examined by hand. If the piece is not right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

For a return to be accepted, the piece must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
• Returned with any tags and packaging as delivered
• Sent with tracked postage — retain the receipt until we confirm receipt

Return postage is at the sender's cost, unless the return is because of a fault or an error on our part — in which case we cover it, always.

To begin a return, email artofeleganceapparel@gmail.com with your order number and a line about why. We will respond with the return address within one working day.

Refunds

Once your returned piece arrives at the atelier and passes inspection, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You will receive a note the moment the refund is issued.

If the payment was made through Klarna or a similar instalment provider, the refund routes through them and follows their own timeline — usually another 3–5 working days on top of ours.

We do not offer partial refunds for pieces that have been worn, washed, or altered — the piece must return in the condition it left.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size in the same piece, request an exchange rather than a return in your email. We will hold the alternative for you against your name while your original is in transit, so nothing sells out beneath you.

If your alternative is not available, we will process a full refund instead. No penalty, no small print.

Faulty items

If your piece arrives with a fault — a broken seam, a marked cloth, a missing button — write to us immediately, ideally with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including any postage you paid to return the piece) at our expense.

Our standards are strict. If the piece is not right, we make it right.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after checkout, email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we will cancel and refund in full before it despatches. After that window the order is likely already in transit — please treat it as a return once it arrives.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to send you the piece and to keep our records — your name, address, email and phone number. Payment details never touch our servers; they are handled directly by Stripe under their own PCI-DSS certification.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you actively join the waitlist. You may ask us to erase, correct or export your data at any time by writing to artofeleganceapparel@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

Our website uses only the cookies necessary to keep your cart alive and to sign you in. We do not use behavioural advertising trackers.

Terms of sale

By placing an order you agree that the person listed on the order is at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into the transaction. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a genuine pricing or availability error has occurred, in which case a full refund is issued immediately.

This site and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
